Carter Glennon Summer Arts Camp

Journey with the Arts

Carter-Glennon Arts provides kids from under-resourced communities the opportunity to go to an Arts camp for a week. In 2018 CG summer camp had its inaugural summer with a week long overnight camp at Drew University. The students spent the days rehearsing with music ensembles in the morning and creating visual artworks in the afternoon. Trips to Freylinghausen Arboretum, and the Morris Museum were among the highlights of the week. A drama class, star gazing and guided meditation were also part of their experience. The week concluded with a final concert and art showing on the last day. Students got to experience a taste of college life at Drew University while staying in the dorms and doing music and art classes on the campus.

Tuition for the camp is $950.

Special funding tuition is $400

There are a limited number of scholarships are available
