12:00 Lunch in the cafeteria on Caldwell University Campus

1:00-3:00 Afternoon classes

4:00 Concert
Applicants are placed in groups according to age, playing experience and/or audition. Groups rehearse in classes with their level throughout the day except when all classes come together to rehearse the Finale.
All Classes perform together in the concert at 4pm. Just a reminder..this year it is on Saturday, (not on Sunday as in years past).
Music for each level will be emailed to you after you register so that you may practice the music to be ready to rehearse on April 13. Music consists of the pieces that your level will play as well as the pieces that everyone will play together for the Finale.
Imagine the sounds of 100 flutes all playing together in the finale! It is a wonderful sound!

Each student gets 2 tickets for the concert as part of their application fee. If more tickets are requested, it is $10 per ticket
